Shipping Policy
• Free shipping on orders over R799.00.
• Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships.
• We're shipping all items directly from South Africa. Your order will be prepared for shipment on the next business day morning. Typically, orders are estimated to arrive in 8-11 business days. Occasionally, there might be instances where the logistics information doesn't update or displays a "Delivered" Status even if the package hasn't arrived. In such cases, please allow US to assist you in resolving the issue!
Return Policy
If ever you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept some items for exchange or refund in their original, within 14 days of your delivery date.

• For returns and exchanges R99 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping. The original shipping and handling you paid when placing your order will not be refunded.
Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your exchange/ return at the warehouse for your exchange refund to be processed.
All items are inspected upon return. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny your request for an exchange or refund for your returned items (in whole or in part) if any of the following conditions are found:
• Products returned without original tags attached.
• Products showing wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
• Products are not genuine Desired Premium items.
• Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
• A partial return of less than all items in a product that is sold as a multi-item product.
• Instances of abuse of the Desired Premium Exchange/ Return Policy.
• Items not purchased on Desired Premium.co.za (For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.)
